Vicki Borchgardt, pronounced like Humphey Bogard.  I was born in Texas and have had the great pleasure of traveling this great country showing horses since I was 5 years old.  I started off showing pony hunters and then trained and competed at the national level in Western all around, Hunters, Ranch sorting and Speed events. So, to say I've been around horses my whole life is not a stretch of truth. 

 I started working in a vet clinic when I was in junior high and continued working at a large animal clinic while attending Sam Houston State University.  I graduated with an Animal Science degree and double minor in Biology and Business.   

I was fortunate to work as a vet tech for many different veterinarians in very different practices in several states caring for horses, dogs, cats, exotics including big cats, and primates, birds, and reptiles.  My favorite are horses.  Which brings me to the present.  I currently work for Dr. Angela Chenault at Equine Integrative Care in Waller, Texas.   Our focus is Equine Chiropractics, Acupuncture and Dentals.  

My husband and I own and operate Lazy B Ranch, which is an equine rehab center for equine athletes.  We use several modalities including Bemer, Essential oils, herbs and Healy,RevitaVet Infrared lights, and Zyto scans to bring them back to peak competition

I was introduced to Iridology and other Alternatives by my mentor and horse trainer in the early 1980's.  I took a several Iridology classes to learn more.   I use it daily when working with new horses.  I believe in both Eastern and western medicine and enjoy sharing my knowledge.
